July 2007 New Director of Sales for the Southeast United States and South America Regions
WON TechVision is pleased to announce the naming of Robert Kerrigan as its director of sales for the Southeast United States and South America Regions.

Bob has held domestic and international sales, business development and product management positions of responsibility for top US defense contractors including Loral Corporation, Lockheed Martin and L-3 Communications. His expertise includes information technologies, wide and narrow band communications systems and networks, integrated C4I systems, telemetry and satellite communications technologies. Most recently Bob directed the Latin America business development and sales activities for ImageWare Systems, Inc. (IWS), a leading developer of multiple biometric identity management solutions for public and private sector clients.

Bob has 25 years business experience in domestic and international markets, and specializes in Latin America. He is fluent in Spanish and knowledgeable in Latin American business climates and of the diverse and rich cultures throughout the region. He is a long time active member of the Institute of the Americas.

June 2007 WON TechVision's Government Technology Solutions Forum
WON TechVision hosted a Forum on June 7, 2007 at Il Fornaio Restaurant in Manhattan Beach, California, for the municipal governments in the Los Angeles County. New features of iStreetView and new GIS product were introduced by Mr. Won Yi, president, and Mr. Victor Rocha, Director of Sales for the Southwest region.

April 2007 New Director of Sales the regions of US Southwest and Mexico WON TechVision appoints Victor H. Rocha as Director for Sales for Western US and Mexico WON TechVision, a leader in the implementation of Geospatial Street level solutions for government and utilities has appointed Mr. Victor H. Rocha as their Director for the Western US and Mexico. Victor comes with more that 18 years of experience in the design, development, sales and implementation of Public Safety and Identity management solution for the public safety and security sectors. Among his achievements, he deployed the 911 system for Mexico City Police Dept. The implementation of the first multiple biometric identification system in the world with the Mexican State Department, as well as implementation of public safety systems in Las Vegas PD, Clark County, NV. Plano, TX PD, Arizona DPS, among others. His experience, perfect understanding of the needs and services required by the government sector as well as a fluent bilingual background are invaluable assets that fit the philosophy and strategy of WTV mission statement"

April 2007 New Product Manager
Mr. Fred Wong was appointed the Product Manager for WON TechVision in April, 2007. As Product Manager, Fred will define and assist in developing new products and technology solutions for the government market. Mr. Wong has over 25 years of local government experience in the application of technology, including implementations of Geographic Information Systems.
